Catering orders will include all necessary service ware; plates, utensils, napkins and condiments in quantities consistent with your order. We also supply all food and beverage equipment needed to ensure food is served properly. Our catering attendants will deliver, set up and pick up your order at your requested location.
Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 2:00pm.
All orders are currently delivery only to eliminate the level of contact. Every menu item will be individually wrapped in disposable packaging.
All online prices include services provided during the normal business hours above. An overtime fee will be applied if you require service outside our normal business hours. All orders must be placed 48 hours in advance to be properly fulfilled.
We do ask for 48 hours notice on all orders. However, we understand that last minute needs do arise. Please contact the catering office for your last minute needs and we will make every effort to accommodate them. Last minute fees may apply.
All charges associated with catering are processed for payment in CaterTrax. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMEX. We will charge your credit card at the end of your event day and an updated invoice will be emailed to you.
Please note that any unreturned catering equipment will be billed to the requesting party at full cost.
We ask that you place your order using our online website. https://verizonbaskingridge.catertrax.com. If you need assistance we would be happy to coach you through the online ordering process.
Please have your orders placed by 2pm the business day before. Groups of 25+ please give us 48 hours’ notice, to ensure we can accommodate your request. Additionally, all hot buffet packages require 48 hours notice.
If you have not received confirmation of your request within 24 hours, please give us a call. All orders will be confirmed as they are submitted through CaterTrax.

If you are hosting an important all-day event or a large scale meeting that requires more attention than just a setup, delivery and pickup, we can arrange for you to have a dedicated catering attendant to support your event. Speak to our catering director to schedule an attendant to make sure your event is a success!

Our orders are made just for you, therefore cancellations must be made by 2pm the business day before your event. When this is not possible, please let us know if we can deliver your order to another location. Cancellation fees may apply.
